D20n Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the d20n platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026 — Applicable to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d20n platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Use of the d20n platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Be a valid Malaysian citizen or resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a location where use of such services is permitted under local law.
- Not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
- Not registered under any active self-exclusion programme or gaming limit restriction.
If you do not meet any of the conditions above, you are not permitted to use this platform. d20n reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found not meeting the eligibility criteria at any time.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the d20n platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. d20n reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. d20n will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the d20n platform for any unlawful, unethical, or activities that could damage the reputation or operations of the platform. Prohibited actions include:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the gaming system.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion fraud).
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Conducting any suspicious financial transactions or activities related to money laundering.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the d20n platform for Malaysian users are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX via internet banking, DuitNow, and local e-wallets listed in the account portal.
Deposit Terms
Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. d20n does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out and displayed in the account portal. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. d20n reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until all verification requirements have been met. Processing times vary by method and are stated in the account portal.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or financial liabilities arising from winnings or use of the platform, as required under applicable Malaysian law. d20n is not obligated to withhold or remit taxes on behalf of any user.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
D20n Liability Limits
D20n shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, business losses, or service disruptions caused by technical factors, network failures, or events beyond our control.
D20n's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the d20n platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of d20n or our licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from d20n.
Third-Party Links & Services
The d20n platform may contain links or integrations with third-party service providers, including game software suppliers and payment processors. d20n is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
D20n reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or breach of these terms. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to no outstanding claims. d20n's decision in such matters is final.
Changes to Terms, Disclaimers & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
D20n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or an in-portal notice at least seven days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The d20n platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. d20n does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Users access the platform entirely at their own risk.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the d20n platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

Platform Usage Rules & Game Integrity
All digital games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate the system will result in immediate account closure.
D20n reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card and proof of current residential address.
In the event of a technical disruption during a game session caused by d20n's systems, we will endeavour to restore the session or funds based on valid server records. d20n's decision in such matters is final and binding.
